payment & Delivery

All orders placed through our online shop will processed via Stripe, any orders placed through the contact form will be paid after your personal correspondence with Aillie Anderson and paid via BACS Transfer. All orders are subject to our acknowledgement of payment.

It is our priority to ensure orders are sent out to you as soon as possible however, please allow up to one month for all ‘made to order’ items to be dispatched. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched and can expect your items to be delivered within 1-2 working days for Tracked 24 or by 1pm the next day for Special Delivery.

All UK orders will be sent by the delivery choice specified at checkout. You have the option of Royal Mail Tracked 24 at £4 or Special Delivery at £7. Please note that due to Royal Mail’s updated policy - all ‘precious metal’ jewellery (regardless of price) should be sent Special Delivery or otherwise isn’t eligible for compensation. Therefore, Aillie Anderson Silver can not be held liable for customers choosing the Tracked 24 delivery option if the item is lost in transit. Please reach out if you have any further questions or issues regarding delivery of your item.

All items will arrive in your very own signature Aillie Anderson Silver embossed box. We also offer a gift wrapping add on which includes ribbon and a gift bag with your order for gifting, simply add this item to your cart before checking out.

returns & Cancellations

It is our highest priority to ensure each order is created with great craftsmanship and care however, as each item is created individually please be aware there may be a slight variation between images from this website and your unique piece. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase however, please contact Aillie directly within 14 days of arrival of your items and we will make it a priority to resolve the issue.

If you would like to cancel your order please get in touch within 24 hours of placing your order.

If the item has been damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you would simply like an exchange or refund please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. In this instance, Aillie Anderson Silver is not liable for return postage costs.

Refunds will only be administered once the item has been returned in full with its original packaging and is deemed to be in fit condition. Aillie Anderson Silver will not be liable for any items lost in transit upon return.

jewellery care

All of our jewellery collections are created using 925 sterling silver / 9ct recycled yellow gold and/or if applicable Jesmonite - a casting material that is made from an Acrylic Gypsum Composite, which is a mineral base powder and a water-based acrylic resin.

Jesmonite is a strong, light material that is solvent free with no VOC’s and is kinder to the environment than other resins of a similar nature. All of our jewellery is polished to ensure durability and shine and each Jesmonite piece has been hand treated with a wax coating to help prevent any marking or stains.

To clean your jewellery simply wash your item using luke-warm water and soap and brush lightly with a soft toothbrush. If any pure silver items require shining up, silver polishing cloths can offer a quick brightening. You can also re-treat your Jesmonite jewellery with a clear wax to replenish its waterproof coating.
